Is Terra Flower an Approved Ingredient or a Grass Ingredient?

An excerpt from a Consumer Reports article comes out after the Daily Harvest outbreak. Outside experts that Consumer Reports consulted were unable to locate Terra Flower listed as a food additive at the FDA. We asked the FDA whether Terra Flower is an approved ingredient or whether it's listed as grass. After multiple requests, the FDA would not directly answer those questions.
