Spencer: I kind of think this is the, post the religious and philosophical notions that have been mentioned in all the literature throughout the ages. He says it's about trying to find that alignment with all those different forces and then be a vessel that transmutes them out into the world through your own actions. Spencer: If we just tune ourselves to really, you know, super cliche self help sort of thing but to listen to ourselves, right, to see how it is we're changing? And then ask ourselves are we happy with that? You know, do we want it to be some other way?
