The Role of Exercise in Muscle Growth

Exercise is the most effective way to stimulate this process of breakdown of amino acids proteins that are not functioning as effectively and replacing those with newer proteins. Eating adequate high quality protein will amplify the response so that uh the it's not just an added effect the effect the effect of actions  the beneficial effect of exercise aerobic exercise or edible or weightlifting has an acute effect which really helps the muscle but there has to be an increased supply of amino acids from muscle rather than dietary fat protein.
