How to Be a Successful Self-Funded Searcher
Self-funded searchers tend to be fairly industry agnostic. We looked at everything, anything from 500k of SDE to 2 million of EBITDA. Because our geography was so narrow, we had to be broad on size. And then the last thing was, again, we couldn't be narrow on industry. But generally, we weren't going to look at anything B to C retail.
