Creatine and the Effects on Body Mass

The question I get from women particularly and this is why it's hard to recruit them at least down here in South Florida for creatin studies is, hey, my friends say you'll get bloated I don't want to feel bloated. So we've actually shown in an older population that if you take creatine and you perform resistance training at your percent body fat is reduced. You lose about a half a kilogram more fat mass compared to just resistance training and placebo. But interestingly she actually showed no change in body mass with creating supplementation in any phase of the menstrual cycle.
