Ron DeSantis and Victor Orban in Hungary?

Ron DeSantis does exercise a lot of power. He certainly has a powerful bully pulpit, but it's worth remembering that Republicans control the legislature in Florida too and I think pretty handily. It doesn't mean that I find what DeSantis doing to be the way we should go. But when you talk about a public institution, the public is supposed to be in charge of that thing.
