Sally Kohn: Do you have advice for designers who feel underutilized and uninspired in their jobs? She says the best tool is to write about things that she believes in. Kohn: I used to feel that way a lot in my previous job, so it wasn't easy for me to change jobs because I had to be tied to a company. But people should not look for a new job; they should work on what makes them want to do something more with their lives.
