Is It a Career Progression?
I'm really curious about this whole career progression thing and the literature and educational materials out there. I think that's where it varies a lot from person to person, right? One of the reasons I like working in consultancy is that I get a variety of projects to work on. So we have students from different backgrounds. We have people who had years of experience with another technology,. So let's say C sharp, for example, and then they moved to Ruby. In a way, it felt like they were studying again. And then we also have some people who have, who works, who work at agencies. For some people working at agencies does, don't seem to be a positive experience
