i had just gotn out of a mental health ph p, which is partial hospitalization programms. My triggers from the years prior to the relationship were a little amped up. i stayed through his mental health issues, et cetera, as i felt it would be wrong to leave him vulnerable. But i was basely shut down for the last several months of the relationship. And now x is convinced that y and i cheated. So am i the asel? That's like to say, no, your thing.
