My daughter has now is at point being she has a touchpoint with that generation and it's not just a book that she read. She got to hear from this guy named jack holder who was on the airfield at Ford island when he watched these planes coming over these mountains and dropped down all of a sudden strafed the air field that he is on. He showed us there's still the bullet holes in the hangers in the runway and said this is where i was standing this is i ran over there and jumped into this sewage ditch which is now just a dry ditch um they strafed the runway and then they banked and he jumped up and ran to the edge of the water
