The Brain as a General Purpose Compute Device

A big part of the book deals with how our senses speak to the brain, and how the brain works around limitations. Would you mind explaining to our listeners how our brains are like, mister petatohet? I just what it allows mother nature to do is just tweak around with the genetics to make new kinds of censors. And so this is a very new kind of way to think about the brain. It's essentially understanding the brain as a general purpose compute device.
