Jam was a conference that I started as a side project when I was in my first ever job in London. On the outside, it seemed like I had everything figured out. But on the inside, it was a completely different story. And so I created an event to share these stories,. Out of these events came a community that I then hosted for a number of years. So again, serendipity.
