Even when people are working from home, because we do hybrid work, like if someone's not answering a slack for four or five hours, then you'll let everyone else down. Like the non- kills me communication. I was messaged with someone last week who didn't get back to me. And I rang their manager and said, Hey, he's, I won't mention that. He goes, yeah, I said, okay, just a heads up. Then I didn't want to get a guy in trouble. I'm like, Hey, paying for an outcome. I need you to be on, on, not walking the dog. So, and it really kills me.
