In the 2000s, we were just trying to solve the problem of access to information and really focused on a heavy front end. Now, as Rebecca put it, it's really the front end is it's important, but it's not the game changer. The basic architecture would be, went front end, content management, enterprise search, and then knowledge graph. So there's other pieces that could be in there, taxonomy management, certainly different data warehouses or backend document or records management systems.
