i love how you compared it to brushing your teeth. You know, i kind of used the same thing with flossing. And i now floss my teeth every day the way that i should. But hard to start at first. But if you can get through a month or so, you're probably offset. So what we're trying to do is reduce as much friction as possible. Investing some money into a programme is actually really good. Ats a really important device, because that reduces ah, so to be internally consistent, you need to follow through with that. It's much harder to not be internally consistent.
