26 kids were stranded in California for more than 24 hours. They are finally rescued and taken to a rehab center, but it has been converted into an adult jail. The children have spent 28 hours on the road before being reunited with their loved ones. "It's incredible that no one was hurt or dehydrated," says CNN anchor John Berman.
