The Importance of Counseling in Local Churches

i just don't counsel outside my local church unless i have cooperation with the church leaders and the person who's coming for that council. I'm hopeful that we can be a kind of local church that helps encourage other local churches to actually have their leaders. What paul said in roman's 1514 i'm convinced about you roman believers that you are filled with goodness filled with all knowledge and competent to counsel you are able to admonish one another so if that's a local church. If that's what paul is saying about the roman believers a church he didn't found he was not the founder of that church. That's jerry and i have talked about this for hours
