Macduggling - What Happens When You Run Barefoot?
A study by Lieberman found that 90% of people who run barefoot land forefoot. When they are shard, 90% are heel strikers, 10% forefoot. So now it's a complete reverse of the abitually barefoot when barefoot. The promise that was implied and in some instances made by a Macduggling once you're on is that you land on the front part of the foot. But two thirds of people don't make that shift initially. And that's what eventually landed Vibram up in a lawsuit because they started under the premise that barefoot running was better for you.
