i want to get to a spot where all of my loading is very intentional and very thoughtful, so that i can start to see, ok, like that type of loading on the spines is hurting, this type is not. But right now i am in that kind of, you know, when it comes rehabilitating from an injury, there's kind of the acute phase and then the more chronic phase. And during the acute phase,  a big portion is just like, stopping the things that seem to be exasperating symptoms, ye. So if you were to ask me what is the way to maximize my lymphedema rate, building muscle clom wouldn't be as feasible
