Breaks It Bresset?

It is far too soon to make a comprehensive assessment of the long term impacts of breksit. But we do have more than a year of data on trade and migration floes. It's clearly too early to say anything definitive, but then you can say that about almost any event in economic history. People are still arguing vigorously on my twitter time line about things like the impact of slavery on the development of industrial capitalism in the us. No doubt they'll be doing that on whatever succeeds twitter in 50 or a hundred years.
