Don't Use Albumin to Make the Number 25 Look Like 35 or 40

I think the reality is that you don't get significant tissue edema from a lack of album and until the numbers below 20. So there's probably no real strong trigger to make you dive in before 20. But I do have to say I don't routinely use albumin to make the number 25 look like 35 or 40, as I'm not sure I'm doing the patient any real benefit. There is a cost to the blood system to to make it and produce it even though it's a byproduct of other things we make but it's not without expense. We love nothing more than making the numbers.
