Dean Obeidallah: We oftentimes recommend the Q12 and group situations like you're saying to measure how, how are we bringing the organization along? I get a question, is that applicable for the individual? And how, if I wanted to measure the improvement of an individual in those areas of engagement, how would I do that? He says at least 70% of the engagement of the team is directly attributable to the manager. "I want to be careful because we haven't scientifically validated this like that," he adds.
