Getting a Mental Coach Is a Great Opportunity

M number four, we have get a mentl or a coach, meet with them quarterly. And this is so important, because it's easy to kind of put this on the back burner. Having a safe space to talk to someone about the challengers that you're experiencing at work about your growth opportunities is a really invaluable opportunity. I know i am probably a the outlier of our generation, because i have been in the same business for so long. But something ihave found really valuable in having mentars and mental moments through my twenties, and continues to be.
