Almost every cognac I've come across apart from the smaller producers, you know, the grower producers, they're all bought will do 40% ABV. But too sweet is the problem with most or just so like if you are making this cocktail, I would not do that traditional half ounce. I would cut that back to like a quarter or spec. And then if you're doing like store bought or just which again is going to be normally sweeter than if you make it your home or your bar or I don't know wherever you particularly are.
