The Importance of Knowledge Management

Don't you feel that most organizations are reliant on the CTO or the IT folks to drive the train versus someone in a knowledge management framework? I like the idea of all mentored reality because it's still an emerging technology. Yeah. There's still space to get onto that early. This is one of the other practical problems with knowledge management that somebody's already there and established. It's common sense, even if it's not common practice, yeah?
