Are Community Solutions Targeting Veterans and Chronic Homelessness?
The program uses by name registries and daily censuses to understand that there will always be somebody new coming into homelessness. They've been able to do that in about 80 communities in veteran chronic homelessness. O they have not a a huge amount of success in here in boston, with ono the mass in casts, for example. In san francisco, or in seattle, there's a level of visible homelessness that community solutions hasn't yet been able to tackle.
