What Is a Local Idea Resting Place?

When we think of Sabbath rest, that's a thing that Jews did and do on the seventh day of the week. Is he talking about rest as a state, maybe a present restfulness? Or is it a local idea resting place? "I want to translate it consistently through the passage as a local idea," says Rabbi Shmuley Boteach.
