Platonic Philosophy, Plato and Socrates

After growing up in a religious family, the author became an atheist. He was then introduced to Platonic philosophy and socrates by herman hesta. But after finishing his degree at university, he realised it wasn't working for him. So he started studying cognitive science - which is about how we learn from our experiences. Now teaching mindfulness as part of this interdisciplinary discipline.
