This is an entrapped basin two mana for an artifact it uncommon you can pay x tap it put a plus and most one counter on target creature with power x activate only as a sorcery i gave this a build around c plus then just straight up gave this an f i am the most confident i have ever this card being a wow what's crazy to me is that like you saw the um long list of the ends that was wrong i was wrong but yeah so you saw that and your wheels start spinning and you see this card and there's no wheels spinning here.
