The Importance of Balance
The most expensive issue that companies are facing today is bosses that can't regulate themselves emotionally and manage and lead. And you need to accept that that's the class of innovation. Everything is life and death and immediate. You're often dealing with people. I imagine who have very little tact and are, you know, maybe verbally abusive. Well, a lot of the workforce, unfortunately is, which is like heartbreaking.
