Is There a Lot of Discipline and Conviction in the Stock Market?

I was just very terrible at trading discretionary. I liked the discipline and conviction. And then obviously, over time, I've now been able to work with a really good proc trader who has no background in being systematic at all. But he has a lot of experience of being discretionary. So plus those two combined, you can build some amazing setups,. Because you've got that intuition that you've built up over the time. It's something I could never do personally, so I don't have enough experience just yet. Where I'm at right now, I'm at like 80% systematic and 20% discretionary.
