CPMAI Certification Helps Gross Key Skills for Data Scientists

I think that my approach to implementing the ideas is very practical and pragmatic. And it's realized in how we talk about the work that we do. I absolutely think that everybody on the team should gain this certification. But my data science folks are doing their data science work. They are thinking about researching solutions to the problem. What I get to do is help translate those solutions to the business problem and the business need. It's one of the most interesting things that I've been able to do in the 24 years I've been doing this kind of work.
