Poly Unsaturated Fats Are the Worst

Saturated versus un saturated fat. Seed oil s are probably really good for people, within reason. The notion that seed oils are responsible for almost all the bad things this is a fringe theory for a reason. And i'm going to show you in some detail a recent example of a scholar writing something in the scientific literature claiming that poly un saturated fats are the worst. Then i'll show you a whole bunch of other scientists sweeping in and explaining do like that's probably not really the case.
