The Disparity in Training and Professionalism in Mental Health
Some states, in our state, has a comparably very high standard of at least you need to be enrolled in a bachelor's to get a ct c. I other states like california, nothing. You literally just don't have a felony right now, and you can get one. And so that has created a little bit of disparity in training and professionalism. But i will say, there is a shoe on the other foot, mentality too. When they show up to interview at an edictions treatment place and they just feel like they're fully qualified cause they're fully licensed in their discipline. It pains me how many times i've had to interview those people and reject them.
