How Do You Internalize the Lessons From Your Experience?

i'm incredibly blessed to have friends who are my soul mates, and i know that for a fact. I think it's because they were around me that they kind of re enforced the things that i was trying to learn by bringing them back to me almost. The number of times i've had some issues and i've been whining to a friend, and they give me, verbatem, the same advice that i gave them a year ago. It's because it comes trom a great place of love.
