The 500 Foot Setback
State law says any new pipeline coming in cannot go within 500 feet of an existing residence or county commission. My neighbor directly to the east of me has signed and he has a half mile bordering us. So my question is like him signing that easement or land now is probably would be valued minimum 4000 acre. You know, just by him signing that pen and our land devalued by over $200,000? That doesn't seem right.
