When we start the process of learning to feel, there's often a lot of people who often some things we need to go back. And so while Emily and I have talked about her childhood trauma, we're at the point in our work where it's likely appropriate to re-experience some things that were significant and kind of unprocessed in a way. So could we be compassionate to yourself about your grumpiness this morning too? Right. Yeah.
