Paul spent five years writing about detaching your identity from work and sort of meaming myself into my own ideas right so it was a good preparation I think you've gone through a similar shift to around not seeing yourself. How did you make that shift well a lot of therapy a lot of spiritual work, he says. Paul: "I started to detach myself from the outcome but more process on just more work on the process"
