I think, you see, berkeley is actually stretching it. It's just been discovered recently, or publicly discovered, that latinex and african american students are not easily admitted to u se berkeley because they can pay full tuition. And as a property owner in berkeley, i think ber Berkeley has to start carrying its own weight. With the police department, they utilized the police department all kinds of public services that cow doesn't for. Why aren't they looking at the housings of their own students? Maybe they need to spread out a little further to other cities and have satellite programmes.
