Tessa: It's been a wild summer for news about climate breakdown. We've seen extreme temperatures, extreme weather events all round the world. Do you think that anything is going to be made of these pledges? And if so, what the kind of mechanisms that you can imagine being used? Tesa i do not think that byden laughed decisively. I don't even want to suggest that there is no feeling of urgency in the american administration or you know, in ottawa or london, or anywhere else. To be honest, i do think people have perhaps, just this summer, kind of to grips with what we might be already facing and soon to face.
