Paul Woodward writes dispatches to the Bainbridge review, always identifying other islanders by their names. The job is hard for Paul; there's a mental toll being stuck in a prison camp. But then he gets another letter from Walt saying someday these camps will close. And when that happens, many other Islanders will welcome their Japanese American neighbors back home.
