The Land of Spin Offs

In health and in farma, everybody's doing spin offs. And i have to say these things as just somebody who loves following business, they're so fast because on every level. But the other piece of this is we just have to put it together with this larger phenomenon. So here's something i would love to get your opinion to say. I'm thinking about j and j. They spin off their consumer health business. Sometimesa here consumeer health, there's just not that much upside.
