The social contract, at least in the united states, is like we agree to monopolize violence and other decision making elements of justice to elected officials institutions. We give that away in return for inspecting certain countability o transparently see fairness in those things. And any private body, no matter how well intentioned, i think am is less good than a well functioning government entity trying to do the same thing....
