The World Health Organization's Convention Agreement on Pandemic Preparation and Response

The World Health Organization was founded as a specialized agency of the United Nations in 1948. It's being referred to officially as the WHO convention agreement or other international instrument on pandemic prevention preparedness and response. The word treaty brings with it certain legal obligations that would require ratification by legislatures, at least in those states where they have constitutional procedures for signing treaties.
