The 10 Year Old Function - Uncertainty More Than Immature

A lot of insecurity comes from this 10 year old function. It's an approval seeking, almost childlike energy. And I think it's interesting to talk about it in the terms of uncertainty more than maturity. The certainty is always going to be stuck at a 10 year old level. Like maybe our co-pilot, our second function, encouraged us to take an action that didn't allow for approval for the third or fourth functions.
