The Importance of Mindfulness in Meditation
You have actual eyes and what where you look at. So if you do that, like a two not looking at the person or a two looking down to the floor,. A five look at the person and not away or a seven fixing the eye look. But there are all the ways. Would you add any? Yeah, I would say this is more of a kind of a the gym workout for this, but I'd say meditation. Oh yeah. It really requires being able to have that inner witness that notices when your attention is locked in on one thing and you're not able to shift it.
