"We should be challenged enough that we're tired. We shouldn't come out of the day going, man, i need something to challenge me at the end of this day," he says. "If those big problems are, well, i have to deal with these three resources over here because they keep fighting with each other, you're probably not being challenged enough." He adds: "Human beings, we're drama kings. We're drama queens. And we'll create it ... Solving problems is a form of creation"
