Drew Pearson: What you're describing is another cognitive sort of skill or behavior. I call this skill zooming in and zooming out. He says at J&J, the more senior people just seem to know how to get high up above the problem and then zoom right back down on the ground. And so we teach this as part of this method, this idea of zooming out and zooming in.
