Head Phones - Why You Shouldn't Use Them?

I am very cautious about, like, rist injuries. So i want the most economic set up. I can't have the near ones, because every single inner head phones, for some reason, wants to like, execrate your ear and get really in there,. That hurts the shit out of my ears. It's probably because you don't have like the right size buds, right? Yeah. But even then, like pods, un ironically, are the ones that i like the most, because they on not ray go in your ear much.
