The Importance of User Feedback

The role of the UXor seems to be changing and evolving a little bit. But there's certainly a level of advocacy and evangelism built into our jobs. The organization that I'm in right now didn't have a lot of UX maturity when I joined. And so, you know, we've been going through a process for the last three and a half years of encouraging them to participate more in design.
